The first-ever Meals on Wheels Volunteer Appreciation Training and Dinner Night brought together our drivers and dispatchers for an evening of connection, learning, and heartfelt thanks at the Benjamin Gaither Center.

Members of the Benjamin Gaither Center, lead by Marissa Young, compiled "Care and Comfort" bags for our Gaithersburg Meals on Wheels clients.

In over 40 years, we have never had weather that closed our operations for a whole week -- that is, before the week of January 26-20, 2026.

During this season of thanksgiving, the Gaithersburg Meals-on-Wheels, Inc. Board thanks you for making a difference in our community.

We appreciated seeing all our supporters at the Cake Cutting on September 10^th at the Benjamin Gaither Center. 

On September 10, 2025 from 1 - 2 PM we will hold a cake cutting to celebrate the move of Gaithersburg Meals-on-Wheels, Inc (Gburg MOW) to the Benjamin Gaither Center (BGC).

Last month the Giant Food store on 46 Bureau Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 selected our organization to benefit from the Community Bag Program.

On June 30^th we started the first day at our new home, the Benjamin Gaither Center, 80 Bureau Dr A, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 (a Senior Citizen Activity Center run by the City of Gaithersburg).
